Our inspection service to you will consist of ensuring weld procedures are qualified and adhered to, that all welding personnel and operators are suitably qualified and certified, weld details as stated in drawings are duplicated in the field, and that welds conform to the acceptance criteria.  Ensure NDT requirements are met and weld maps are generated and populated with the correct information. Material and Consumable Inspections are conducted to verify classification, condition, and to identify any specific handling procedures including recommended storage instructions. Witnessing of Destructive, Non-Destructive and any Function Tests: Dimensional verification of components including machined parts and to ensure any technical instructions is carried out and applied to the job forms part of each visit. Additionally we witness and inspect surface preparation, coating application and final surface finish including DFT checks.
